Assigning an activity to a case from within contact page

Hi,

apparently it used to be possible in civi 2.2 to add an activity from the contact page of an individual to an existing case. Say I am the project manager and want to add activity Task to my case Website, then I was able to do so from my own contact page and didn't have to go to the manage case site. How can I do that right now?

Can I also later on reassign an activity to a different case easily?
