Joomla event frontend menu options broken

The event info/register menu options are broken in Joomla, as they retrieve template records as well as true event records.

I've done a full update of the frontend menu selection code using the preferred JElements method. This corrects the events problem and restructures the others. See this issue:

At a minimum, we need to address the events options before stable.
