Is there any tutorial or supportpage on how to use the views integration for dummies.
I don't see any documentation on the website

I don't think so. Basically if you know how to use Views, then you can create a View of type = CiviCRM Contact and get access to fields that see the 'contact' as the primary element or eg View of Type CiviCRM Membership etc and get access to more civicrm Membership fields etc.
