CiviCRM Dominates NTEN CRM Satisfaction Survey

NTEN (www.nten.org) released a CRM satisfaction survey. The results are not statistically relevant, but provide some interesting data.

CiviCRM had the most responses-- 106 of 665 respondents for the highest market share of any CRM solution at 15.9%
CiviCRM dominates as a solution for small organizations 35.8% market share among small orgs.

The most statistically relevant data is what percentage of respondents would highly recommend or recommend the solution to others.
91.3% of CiviCRM users would recommend or highly recommend it to others, beating ALL other systems, spanking Convio, Kintera and Blackbaud; and edging out Salesforce.com.

Finally, my favorite piece of data (though a completely spurious argument). CiviCRM's after sales support BEAT Convio and Kintera and TIED Salesforce.com and Blackbaud. Due to the magic of public companies, that means Lobo, Piotr and Dave out performed and/or tied companies spending ~$9.3M, ~$7.9M, ~$24M, and ~$80M on after sales and support.
