After update from 3.0.7 to 4.1

Visiting page /civicrm/admin/options/from_email_address (full page url: civicrm/admin/options/from_email_address?group=from_email_address&action=update&id=414&reset=1&civicrmDestination=%2Fcivicrm%2Fadmin%2Fconfigtask%3Freset%3D1)  I have an error:

I saved the form again, looked it has gone.  Loaded the page later: the warning was there again. Saved it and it looks ok now. Maybe a cache issue. I cleared all caches with the button on civicrm/admin/setting/updateConfigBackend?reset=1.

It is ok now, informing the civicrm team was my main motive for posting this issue.

if u can try and reproduce this on the sandbox servers that would be great and helpful.

i took a close look at the code and coule not figure out why/how that is happening
