Add Views Reference Fields for Events, Contributions, PCP (Mostly done!)

Hi,

It appears that nearly all the groundwork for having Views reference fields for Events, Contributions, and PCPs is already done by this developer:

This seems like it might be common sense to incorporate it into the main CiviCRM distribution for Drupal. I was actually surprised to discover that this wasn't an "out of the box" Views feature, and it could be incredibly useful in extending Civi into Drupal.

Thoughts?
