Error after upgrade

Hi,
I just upgraded from 4.1.2 to 4.1.3 and all of a sudden our mailer doesn't work. Error I'm getting:

Nothing changed on my end. I then tried to log into our CiviSMTP account but couldn't. I went through the Request New Password function, got the message that instructions were sent to my email address but nothing arrived. That was about 8hrs ago.
Not sure what to do at this point, but we have urgent mail to send to our members.

all is functioning fine on our end. both sending email and resetting a password.

Hi,
I'm getting the exact same message again. Is there any reason why these keep changing? Cuz now I can't send mail again, and I haven't been in those settings after resetting the password the previous time.
Weird.
Can it be reset again?
