Create New User

Hi all,

I am hopelessly confused. How do I create a new user, either an authenticated user or administrative user? I have searched Drupal documentation and CiviCRM documentation and have found nothing helpful.

When I attempted to create an authenticated user in Drupal, which I thought would also create a new user in CiviCRM, I got an error message - No front page content configured.

Drupal has users and CiviCRM has contacts. All users have contacts but not vice versa

In Drupal you give users roles and assign permissions to roles. Might want to check drupal/civi docs for permissions and roles
