Intended Recipients Prior to Send

Is there any way to see a list of the intended recipients PRIOR to sending a mailing? I see the count of how many will receive but not a place to see the actual list. I'm trying to verify that opt-outs and unsubscribes are working properly and having a hard time doing so.

currently no. But should be relatively easy to do so. I think a fair amount of the code is already there.
