Problem, location type with no latin characters

Hi,

Menu: Admin - Cusomize ... - Dropdownoptions - Location Types

There is a error message, when I try to save the Name of Location Type with no latin character(-s).

With following message: "Name can only consist of alpha-numeric characters."

I have checked it for my installation and current demo site with 4.1 Version.
