Blank page with shortcodes

I've setup CiviCRM and tried to use shortcodes to display contribution form on the front-end. However, the page doesn't load.  I read this: http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,24544.msg105373.html#msg105373, but not sure it's the same issue. It worked on a site I was working on last week, but not on the one now. I deactivated all plugins and used default 2010 theme and it still wouldn't display. Another thing to note, on the dashboard I can see the contribution page in test drive but not live. The live link takes me to a 404 page. Any other thoughts on what could be causing this issue?

No, it gives me a 404 error as well. I can only see it in test not live mode.

and your payment processor settings are present for both test and live mode? can u check the payment processor for that contribution page

what happens if you dont have a payment processor and enable pay later

I tried it with, no payment processor, a dummy payment processor and pay later option and it works when I test drive, but not live. The payment settings are active in both setup, PayPal and Dummy. Is there another place I've missed?
