Sending Email to new member by relationship

I have a membership type which includes all employees of the companies to the membership. 

If I add an individual with an email it iwll send a confirmation to the membership, but If I add an organization, it will not send the email to all its employees, nor when i add a new employee to organizational.

Is there any way to do this??

I dont think so. You'll probably need to do this via a hook and some custom code
