New install only loads Administer & Contacts in WP Dashboard

hi,

I just setup CiviCRM 4.1.5 in WP 3.4.1 and I can access contacts & Manage groups under the Contacts menu & I can make change to settings under Administer menu all settings and profiles data. But when I try access anything from Contribution, Events or Membership, it redirects me to the CiviCRM dashboard within the WP admin. Have you seen this before? Any thoughts on why I can access and work on two of the features, but not the rest?

It was PHP caching error I was able to resolve.
