FIXED: 4.2 Membership fields not submitting in online contribution/membership

This was working in 4.1.*

Membership fields (either custom or system) are not being submitted in online membership contribution.
Values are blank on receipt and no values are submitted to the database.
Confirm and Thank You do show the values.
