API Explorer available in both working & non-working versions

Hi,

I've been used to accessing the API explorer at /civicrm/ajax/doc and when I tried this on 4.3.beta2, I found it didn't work: JS errors, "ReferenceError: cj is not defined". Searching before posting, I found mention of /civicrm/api/explorer so I tried that URL and it works.

Docs such as http://book.civicrm.org/developer/current/techniques/api/ still have the /civicrm/ajax/doc URL & for people who've been using that URL, it looks like we've gone to the right page but the explorer is broken. Perhaps a redirect to the preferred URL would be better?
