The page
http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC/Import+Is+Slow
is in the 3.1 documentation but it seems to only apply to CiviCRM version 1.x. I don't think it is relevant anymore and should be deleted. With my login credentials I can only edit or move, not delete.
