Hey there,
Do we do a good enough job of providing upgrade documentation from the user POV? I think that the list of new features here:
http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM/fixforversion/10531
needs translation for the average user (and you don't need coding skills to contribute to writing this).
