action.forward: allow to enter a comment and sender info?

Hi,

- Is there a way for the "forward mailing" option (civicrm/mailing/forward) to allow the user to enter a comment?
- I have the impression that the forwarded e-mail does not show who forwarded it, but is sent as if the person was also subscribed to the mailing. i.e. if the mailing is made by Alice, and Bob wants to forward it to Charly, the message received by Charly looks as if it was sent by Alice.

Otherwise, from the point of view of the person who has received a forwarded message, it is rather difficult to understand that it was not received by mistake (or spam).

Thanks in advance for any hints, or even ideas on how to implement it if necessary.
