search by relationship

I was reading a post      CRM-1992 and saw that  this person was searching by relationship in the Advanced Search in 1.7. I currently don't have this option in my Advance Search. Is this something I can set up or enable myself?, if so how do I do it?

if your screen does not look like the above, i.e. you dont have those titles at the bottom of the page (Address, Custom Fields etc), it most likely means your resource url (global settings >> urls) is incorrect (i.e. we cannot load dojo.js)
