Hi Shane,

Thanks for the link to the new form -- I filled this out a few days ago (Wednesday) and haven't heard back yet. I'd love to know when to expect a response so that I can pass the information on to my client.

Thanks!
Brian

Hi there,

I submitted a form a few days ago, but haven't received any information yet. Could I at least get a confirmation that the application was received? It was from @ruralchina.org

It's been over a week now and still no response to either this message or the email I sent. Can I take it that this service is no longer available?

As a host of CiviCRM I would like to setup 5 or so clients to use your services.
But the form does not really let me do that.
Is there a better way to setup 5 different clients while still being the main contact?
Even if that means my business doing all the billing?
Also if there are say 5 other clients who all together average way under 3000 a month can they do a bulk account type setup?

Hi Alfred,

yes, you can email us directly the info required on the sign up form for all of your clients and we'll set it up.

you can email us at civismtp [at] uas.coop

do you want these accounts to be under the same login or separate logins?  same login means that you will be able to login and manage smtp settings for all 5 orgs.

we can also set it up so that all bills are sent to you or whatever billing email address you specify.

as to the bulk account setup, sorry but we do not provide that option. there can only be one email domain per smtp account at this time.
