Odd behaviour on Summary Edit with display of multiple locations

Hi , this is odd in both 2.0 and 2.1 but probably more likely to be on the list to fix here - though very trivial.

If multiple locations, they do not all display with their + in the Edit page, eg if you set up 5 locations (who would be so mad ;-) ) then only three of them show with '+' boxes, but when you open one, one of the missing ones shows with it.
