I'm trying to configure the mailbounce with imap2soap.pl but the link to the file needed seems to be dead on the documentation page. Is there another place where I can get the imap2soap.pl file? thanks

FWIW, https://svn.civicactions.net/repos/civicrm/scripts/ does work for me – all three files are right there (maybe you need to accept the security certificate first?).
