Standalone forms no longer have absolute URLs
June 18, 2009, 03:46:05 pm
In 2.0, standalone forms had absolute URLs and worked on any site.

In 2.2, the URL for the form to post to is relative. This means that the copied HTML won't work on another site unless it's modified first.

Eg: http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/uf/group?action=profile&gid=2

Is this change intentional? I'm pretty sure it's not the correct behaviour - the docs on the standalone form page linked above say you can put the form code "on ANY website".
