How to submit a patch.

civicrm_group_roles deletes even if another group should grant the role.  It's commented as "//TO DO: We should really only remove from a role when contact is removed from ALL groups which grant the role."   I needed this functionality and so I wrote it.  I'd like to contribute it back to the community, but I'm new here and don't know how that's done.  Please advise.

You should:

1. create a patch file against civicrm 2.2.x

2. file an issue and attach the patch file to the issue

3. please describe the issue in detail and also link to the forum post
