Modify relationship type field failure

When I modify a relationship text, sometimes (yes ) the field relation B -> A takes over the content of the field relation A -> B. You cannot set the field relation B -> A with the correct content.

I think this is related:

The search function in contacts (current employer) and the search in tab 'add a new relationship' is not working, after the trobbing effect there is no result.
See sandbox  http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,22921.0.html and try the current empl. field.
