Family Package registration
March 19, 2012, 08:02:15 am
Hi,

After my pre-installation topic, with some very useful replies, I've been playing around with the event registration.

I like to create event for online registration with the following options (check boxes):
  • Adults - $ 99,00
  • Children - $ 49,00
  • Children (under the age of 5 years) - $ 0,00
  • Family Package (2 Adults and 2 Children) - $ 250,00

I've used a Price Set to create the list above and at the Family Package the Participants Count is set to 4. Creating the event, I've enabled Multiple Registration.

This will come close to what I'm looking for:
I like to have dropdowns (1 to 10) for each option. Let say 2 parents with their children and their grandparents will come on a trip. They should be able to select 2x adults and 1x Family Package.
This should automatically result in 6 registrations forms (if possible with shared address for the family package). Without having to select "6" in the list of how many participant you would like to register.

I hope my question is clear.

Thanks for your help!

Robert
