After this message you are informed that the update was successful.  Not sure if it really is or not.  In this case CiviCRM is running from the profiles directory in http://drupal.org/project/cm_starterkit_moderate.

While it would be easy to blame running CiviCRM for the profiles directory instead of sites/all/modules, the same packaging that is used for the Community Media Startkit is used for the CiviCRM Starter Kit and the upgrade (so far) on those sites have run without the error.

Not sure what the error means, how to start debugging, or how serious this is.
