ical feed of scheduled activities
April 22, 2008, 01:17:26 am
I'm working on putting a bid together right now and the client is wanting a calendar of each staff member's scheduled activities.  I was thinking that it shouldn't be too tough to create ical support for activities.  Any idea of what might be involved in creating this?

I'd start by reviewing how this is done for Events (start with CRM/Event/Page/ICalendar.php). The CiviCRM Home page (civicrm/dashboard) has logic to grab all "scheduled" activities for the currently logged in user - so if you confirm that it's returning the data you need, it should be straightforward to add the ical feed option.
