[FIXED] Issue when trying to change event address

I again,

I think there are several issues with handling event location change.
Test case - create 2 addresses Test-1, and Test and try to change the event location using this 2 addresses, the results are completly random. For example :

• I tried to change the location of an event, and both event in the WP demo changed
• When I used an existing location, the form did not refresh and kept both the old address (in the detailled fields) and the new one (in the dropdown list). But when trying to reselect the existing address a bit later, it has disappeared from the drop-down list
• When the event already use an existing address (shared with other events) and you select another one also already existing, then click on save. It said "Event location saved" but keep the old one, and the one you wanted to use has been replaced by the old one in the event that was using it - something to make you become crazy
• State/province list is not always showing up, despite you selected first the country - instead it says "Loading"

More generally, I think there is an overall issue with this page as the tool doesn't seem to behave as we should expect.
Could you please have a look, reproduce the test cases and fix it.
