upgrade from 4.5.2 to 4.5.3 - Queue runner must be configured before execution.

After running the upgrade script we got this message.

Fortunately the database is still accessible.
Is there a need to fix something now, or can we just ignore this ?

It might be interesting to note that while upgrading our test environment (an exact copy, but with www.sitename.com replaced to test.sitename.com and with no https but just http) we did not get any error message, but the progress bar didn't move at all at this page:

When going to civicrm, it looked like the dB was upgraded, but I noticed only now that the upgrade URL /civicrm/upgrade?reset=1 is still saying that the upgrade still has to be done:

Back up your database before continuing.

I just tried it in my sandbox and did not see the errors. Can you clear caches and try again?

Thanks for the fast reply.
I tried again in another browser after clearing cashes, and now I got the message that the dB has already been upgraded to CiviCRM 4.5.3, so I guess the 'error' messages were not so important.
 
On the test site however the upgrade did not complete.
What I see is just the screen

   civicrm upgrade tasks

   []             
                                          retry - skip

and the progress bar is not moving at all.
However in production I clearly saw it moving with the same browser (chrome)

The difference between production and test is
- that all references www.sitename.com have been changed into test.sitename.com
- settings and civicrm settings files were adapted
- http instead of https (the certificate on our site is only valid for www.naturopathica.be) so on the test site we just use http:
  this also has been changed in /civicrm/admin/settin/updateConfigBackend?reset=1
  also securepages modules is set to not use secure pages in test
Apart from this I do not think the environments are different. 

I also notice errors like these (but that might be due to the codebase not being upgraded yet?)

I am just conducting the same upgrade from 4.5.2 to 4.5.3 and I am getting this same behaviour.

We click upgrade, confirm that we want to upgrade, and then it arrives at:

http://www.example.com/civicrm/upgrade/queue/runner?reset=1&qrid=CRM_Upgrade

Then just dies. I followed the upgrade process (as I have been since verion 3.x) on the same site. This is the first upgrade to balk right at the database update stage.

I don't see any errors in the error_log except I did notice these errors have started popping up since the last upgrade (which completed properly).

Certainly, in a way... Well, I experienced this error on the other (production) site (which seemed to have upgraded more or less correctly).
The only difference between test and production are the settings and civicrm settings files. Maybe something was still wrong with that one in test.
In production I did see the progress bar, unlike in test. However after the upgrade we had these problems (which have been solved now by the solution in this link. Thanks for that !!)
