Name column missing in Webform Submissions screen

Hi Coleman,
I have just upgraded webform modules (webform civicrm 7.x-4.9, and webform 7.x-4.2 ) and the name column is missing from the results tab.

Please can you confirm if this issue listed here https://www.drupal.org/node/2270045 has been fixed for these versions? seen my screen captures for the different versions

Shoot. Looks like in Webform 4.2 the results screen was converted from a hardcoded table (which we were hooking into to add civi data) to a View.
I guess the solution is going to be to expose webform_civicrm data to views so it can be added to the table. I'm not too familiar with that. Is someone else interested in taking a stab at it?
