Upgrade from 4.5.8 to 4.6, adding picture to mailing not functioning

Adding picture to mailing not functioning after upgrade, can not browse on server, the "Browse" button is missing.
Not working in sandbox, too.

I've just tested in my install, recently upgraded to 4.6, and the wordpress sandbox (which hasn't been updated to 4.6 still 4.5.9). Everything works fine with CKEditor/CKFinder, I´ve tried uploading images and no issues at all.

go to the Mailings>New Mailing try to insert picture into html mail.

The KCFinder opens without Browse button, see attached screenshot.

If you goes to any contact and try to send email, the KCFinder works correctly, the Browse button on place.

I've tested again, and I can confirm that for me the image upload is working properly, it doesn't seem to be a bug, I've tested the Wordpress demo.

Have you tried deleting the browser cache?

By the way, how could you create a new mailing on the demo? It only allows me to create a new message template, as the outbound address is not set, and also, I believe the demo user doesn't has the permission to create a new mailing.
