User Interface Fixes for Internet Explorer
July 11, 2007, 10:59:22 am
Almost all our constituents visit our site in Internet Explorer. They are mostly low-income people and IE is the most widely-used browser. CCRM developers do not develop for IE, yet when the UI is broken in IE, CCRM is useless to our users. There are many bugs in the CCRM UI in IE (6 and 7).

Is anyone else in need of fixes for IE? If so, can we organize around getting some funds to hire someone to address this issue? It's a pretty big issue in my book.

Can you be more specific with the UI problems.
It will be great if you can list down the problems and file the issue in jira : http://issues.civicrm.org/jira

I made most of my notes on this on the Google Mapping thread and in JIRA, but we just installed 1.8 beta and it's looking MUCH better in IE7.  :)
