CiviMail - Text added for header and footer automatically?

Hello,

After upgrading to 2.2.5 from 2.2.2, I see following two lines added to the HTML message:

Sample Header for HTML formatted content.

... HTML mail message ...

Sample Footer for HTML formatted content.

I've created a new mailing on the demo server by the name "test mailing" and have seen the same problem. Kindly advice.

Interestingly ... what do I do if I do not want to use it?!

Disabling default header and footers does not do the trick!

In step 3 you can select - none - for headers and footers.

If you disabled default header and footer then during new mailing compose these component should not get set default.
