Profile Settings do not display

I have a number of profiles and when I click "Settings" the settings page displays the header and footer but none of the settings.  The URL being called is ~/civicrm/admin/uf/group?action=update&id=27&context=group.

All other profile functions work as expected.

Help appreciated

Are you talking about the "Used For" checkboxes along the top?

Or the "Advanced Settings" bar that you must click to open at the bottom?

If you are not seeing the "Advanced Settings" bar at the bottom, try adding or "www" or taking away "www" to your URL line in your browser.  Does the Avanced Settings bar now appear?

Underneath the text "Profile Group - Group Name" I expect to see a whole heap of stuff called CiviCRM Profile with the Profile name, Used For and Advanced Settings.

I don't see the CiviCRM Profile box at all...

I am having the same problem when I try to create a New Group or New Profile.  All I see is the header of the New Group or New Profile Page and nothing further.

There must be something simple that is preventing the display of this information but I cannot see why.

I have transferred the drupal and civicrm databases to a test site and the problem does not exist.  The production site is on a shared host called TotalChoice.  Does anyone know what environmental issues might cause the problem?

Hard to say what choices might be causing a problem.  Does Total Choice allow a PHP memory of 128?  Can you confirm that's how much you're getting with phpinfo()?
