Disclaimer checkbox?

Is is possible to incorporate a checkbox signifying agreement with a disclaimer into the event registration process?  I'm currently using a profile and instructing participants to type "I Agree" in the field that appears, but a checkbox (that only allows registration to proceed if it is checked) would be ideal.  Is this possible, and I'm just not finding the right settings?
I have set the profile field to be required, but theoretically someone registering could type any old thing in the box, and still satisfy CiviEvent's requirement.

So why not just create a new field that is a single check box, that is required, says 'I agree' as it's label - doesn't that deliver the required?
