urgent - tabs (summary,membership,...) have disappeared

Using latest - 2.2.8.  They worked last week.  I imported some members Friday.  Now the tabs on all contacts are not displaying.

Any ideas?

Which browser ? Can you clear your cache and delete template_c. Also make sure you have correct resource urls.

Firefox 3.5.  It also happens in IE 6.0.  what do you mean "delete template_c" ?

deleted those files, still the same.  do you mean delete browser cache or empty the database table civicrm_cache?

I cleared browser cache - still error.

More details:  there are two vertical scroll bars to the left of the constituent data.  one has always been there and one is a VERY long scroll.

Can you attach a screenshot, can you ensure javascript works fine on other civicrm pages.

hello--what did you do to get it to work??  I've gone through this and numerous other troubleshooting steps and I'm still unable to produce our tabs.  They've been missing for about 1 week now.

I've just found this thread having had my tabs vanish for no apparent reason.

SOLUTION (for me with FF3.5) was to clear history from today, and all now fine. must have been some kind of caching problem at the browser end.
