Contact Overview No Longer Presents
September 22, 2009, 07:47:25 am
Hi all,

I have an odd occurrence: when I search for a contact and select "View", used to be I would be presented with the contact overview, topped with a series of tabs for "Membership" and such.  Now, I am taken directly to the contact record alone, minus the tabs on top, making it difficult (impossible?) to edit contributions or memberships (for instance).

The only change I am aware of is the application of a new favicon.ico file to the Drupal theme in question.

Any notions?

Thanks a million!

-Joe

can u install and check via firebug. Most likely it is not loading the javascript files, which means that your resource URL is incorrect

wOw!

That was it!  THANK YOU!!

The Resource URLs were still calling directories using the IP address of the site rather than the domain name.  It was necessary to get the site up o the IP first in order to test - it's a migration of an existing site that could not be taken down prior to cutover.

Do you know why/where/what when I look up a contact and select "View", it calls up the record using the IP address, which causes a "Content not found" error?  If I manually replace the IP with the domain name, it comes up fine.

Thanks again!

-Joe
