I'm having the same problem as Onion and my screenshot would look just the same. When I get to the "match fields" screen when importing my CSV file, the "Matching CiviCRM Field" doesn't include first name, last name, etc. for me to match to. It also doesn't include the fields I've added to the standard fields.

I'm also confused that the suggestion was to import the "standard CiviCRM" info using "Import Contacts" and importing my additional info using "Import Members" because I only have the options to import either Individual, Household, or Organization.

I went to the CiviCMS demo site and tried importing there and got exactly the same result as on my site.

How do I get to see the fields so I can match them up?

Ok, think I solved my own problem. I was trying to import "memberships" when I needed to be importing "contacts." Duh!!
