I may have missed discussions on this but suggest change to order of wizard to following since this lines up all the more 'essential' ones then lets users just opt in/out of filling in remainder

1 title

2 amounts

3 membership

4 profiles

5 thanks - then be able to select 'complete' or 'continue to' the following ones

6 tell

7 premiums

8 widget

9 enable PCP (should just be PCP)
