Calendar widget on Relationship add page doesn't show month

In CiviCRM 3.1 beta 2:

When I go to add a Relationship for an Organization, the Calendar widget doesn't show the month. I've tried 2 themes (Garland, Acqua Marina) in Firefox and Chrome, same results.

Have cleared you browser cache?  Also try deleting files/civicrm/templates_c folder.  Seems to be working fine on sandbox.

disable the date popup module in drupal.
