Display list of PCP pages

Is it possible to show to a user (not logged in, just a regular user) on my site a list of PCP page, that they can click on and go to that person's page?  I'm using Joomla, and would like to have an article that could list these with links to the pages.

Just an fyi, I have created a joomla module for this and it has been submitted to Joomla.  Once it's posted, the url for the module will be listed in my other post here:
