Trigger sending of email receipt during import of contributions
February 09, 2010, 07:47:09 pm
In the spirit of http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,5368.0.html I would like to suggest ...
  • Adding a Yes/No column for imports called (perhaps) "Send email receipt"
  • If not present, this is assumed to be "No"
  • When importing a contribution use the setting of this column to decide whether the send an email receipt
  • The receipt is only sent if the import for that contribution succeeds

This would allow us to send a receipt to clients that request that.

Thanks for 3.1!

Ken
