I am add contact address to a mailing.
What I have added are something like this:

{contact.individual_prefix} {contact.first_name} {contact.last_name}
{contact.street_address}
{contact.supplemental_address_1}
{contact.supplemental_address_2}
{contact.city} {contact.state_province} {contact.postal_code} 

However, if {contact.supplemental_address_1} or {contact.supplemental_address_2} is empty there will be a blank space in the address section.
I suggest to add some tokens like {contact.primary_address} {contact.billing_address} etc. So the addresses can be added in one token without worrying about the format.
