Author Topic: Solved Membership Renewal Reminder messages blank (Read 2555 times)

Is there a character limit for the emails reminders? If I go over 3 lines in my email message they come through completely blank for my renewal reminders.

Here are the logs from the server. It doesn't really provide any insight. I have removed the actual authentication strings for security.

Can you debug the outbound email messages?

I have tested this with a regular mailer and it works fine, only the membership renewal Reminder is failing.

hey branden:

1. are u on 2.2.8? if so, you might want to consider upgrading

2. Did this ever work?

3. Might be better if you can get on IRC (http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=#civicrm) and we can help u figure it out

I went through and saved all my setting and the character limit issue dissappeared, then I just needed to correctly format the HTML message to get the line breaks. Thank you for all hour help!!!
