Problem creating Drupal Users with CiviCRM Users

I need to create a user in Drupal with the role of "Role1" in such a way as to CiviCRM he created not as Individual, as well as the Organization of the sub-type "Org1".

How can I do that? Drupal hooks? Or it can be done with manipulations with ACL Roles?
