good man, thats what i like to hear. yes , positivety! any how il get onto those boyos again. thanks for ur help. if i have an issue with circle are there other groups out there that can help? or is that on the professional page. thanks for ur help!

id rather have this working, than have a new design with not as many features!

I have to say that having read this through a couple of times I am still not really clear on what solution trevor is after. At the outset you say you have two clients - if that is the case, and you are trying to keep their data apart, then most of us would implement a separate drupal+civicrm per client.
The only point of going down a multisite set up is where you have a single client that perhaps has a regional structure, and admins in RegionA should only see contacts in RegionA, etc for other regions.
In that case you can either do the multiple Drupal to a single civicrm, or a single Drupal using Domain Access plus a single civicrm.

It's been a couple of weeks on this so there is a good chance that you've already gotten the help or taken the direction that you need. I understand about 95% of what you are looking for and I would point you in the direction of

a) having your developers check:

If your developers have any questions then they will also have the background and experience to get some great technical advice here on the forums.

b) I'll again reemphasize the great advice given to you earlier in this thread.

Circles contact information (if you don't have all of it already) is about the 7th consultancy firm on this list --> http://civicrm.org/professional

c) and lastly I came across this group http://www.datascribe.biz/ and they seem quite professional and accomplished. Either that or their marketing material is just really good :-) ... I'm signed up with them to take one of their webinares next week.

sorry for the delay, no i stil do not have a fix. i kept geting emails saying there were replies when there was none. so i didnt bother for a while

"a single client that perhaps has a regional structure, and admins in RegionA should only see contacts in RegionA, etc for other regions." - this is  exactly what im looking for the problem is that i dont want to installa a new drupal for each region. each region should be albe to register, and them manage their own data, individuals etc

i do appreciate the advice as i know a lot more now than i did b4. i will contact both cirlc and that new crowd u mentioned

This happens due to spam issue on the forum. You and I get the notifications but by the time we go to check the forum the "spam" has already been deleted.

There is a simple setting on the forum that has helped me.
1) Go to "Profile" section at the top (when you are logged in)
2) Then on the left side (in the "Modify Profile" section) you will see "Notifications and Email", click on that.
3) On the top of the next page you will see four check boxes. Check "When sending notification of a reply to a topic, send the post in the email".

From now on you will get a notification 'with' the content of the reply. If it looks like spam then you can safely ignore the notification because by the time you go to the forum it will have already been deleted.
