hey mclyde and eileen:

Seems like we have more than enough between the two of u'll to get this implemented in the next release. We are fairly busy for the next 2 weeks, so being away for 2 weeks works for us :)

3. Since we potentially have more funds than what the original proposal was, we might consider some other improvements in the same area (reporting etc). I suspect merlise will come back with a few more ideas that her org needs

lobo

Well,  I would like to see that each price set has an associated contribution record to track line items to funds.  Eileen mentioned that there was a MIH civiAccounting initiative, so if more funds are needed for that, that would be my next priority.

After that, I would really like to be able to have membership signup/payment in conjunction with event signup
by adding a optional membership signup block to an event page.

best,
Merlise

Merlise - are you using Drupal 7 or 6. CiviAccounts stuff is due out in 4.1 which won't be ported back to D6.

OK - I just got confirmation from our d6 customer on 1k on the first part- I started setting up a page here

http://civicrm.org/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&id=34

I just need Dave / Lobo to confirm they'll still do it for D6 if we can get the $$ in (maybe this week), I was thinking if you put 2k of your budget into this one we could ensure the other $1750 gets paid in. & then we'll log a separate one for "multiple membership sign up on one page". We probably need to figure out how that would look.

Hi Sarah,

Current status is we have to get the money sorted & in by the end of June or it all falls over. We can convert $1750 but not waiting for confirmation from mclyde.

end of June is the deadline to get it into a D6 release & I think the sponsors evaporate if we don't make that.

What percent/amount has been raised so far?

If the money is raised in July, can it be included for the D7 release?

Also, would this project be an opportunity to allow pledges to be used with price sets too?   Ideally it would be great to include membership, pledges and a price set all in one contribution page.

Per our skype chat, we're set. Eileen will post a brief description on the blog so folks who are interested can review and provide any feedback they might have. Then I'll post the specs for development in the issue tracker. Thanks for stepping up and making it happen!!

Is there a MIH widget so we can see how close this is?

Hi,

I can't post the widget because the major contribution is not in yet but we are there! Thank you for your contribution.

Fantastic! The blog indicated that this would be a 4.0.x initiative rather than a 4.1.  Bring it on!
