Timelines
June 21, 2010, 06:50:22 pm
Is there a way to set up a timeline (using XML) with a reference offset that refers to a specific date and not a number of days? Ex: I need to create a timeline that will schedule events that are due on the 5th of every month. How would I put that into the XML for the timeline?

Can't currently be done with the xml, but a custom cron script could do it.

Case activities sorting
July 26, 2010, 07:02:34 am
Hi Folks,
is there an easy way to say the system to order case activities automatically populated via config xml,  with the more recent one on the top of the list rather than on the bottom. It seems to be more intuitive, i.e: "the first activity Operator has to do, is the first of the list!"

Thank you

Bye
