My issue is closed: InnoDB was not turned on, and CiviCRM db install bombed. Turned it on, and install works perfectly!

Hi,

Please send support requests to the Drupal.org issue tracker:
http://drupal.org/project/issues/provision_civicrm

You can also download the late code from the project page:
http://drupal.org/project/provision_civicrm

I have published a 1.0-beta1 release yesterday, although the code to manage upgrades automatically is still only in the git repository (see: http://drupal.org/node/1097514 - needs testing!)

Thanks for all the feedback
